Wikis and Librarys
As a wiki is a collaborative tool for managing knowledge among a group of people it would be a great tool to us as a means of support for your organization. By using a closed authorized only group your wiki can be freely added to or edited by that group alone. This collaborative space could be a great way to cross link knowledge. Providing that there is a high level of trust within that group. Sharing knowledge among a group means sharing your experience and expertise in helping your group reach its goals and missions. Therefore your group can improve productivity and promote knowledge sharing. Knowledge and experience can be captured and shared. We need to create an environment of continuous learning. In the library we could contribute information and tips on library resources for others to keep content current. You could work on a document, policy or project by knowledge sharing. Maybe try using your blog in conjunction with your wiki so as to keep track of changes.
